Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
- 200 g vegan margarine (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 50 g brown sugar ¼ cup, soft
- 260 g self-raising flour (2 cups)
- 60 g cocoa powder ⅔ cup, unsweetened
- 80 g dark chocolate chips ½ cup, or chunks
- 80 g white chocolate ½ cup, vegan, chips or chunks
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
