This vegan Fried Banana Recipe is so simple to make & tastes good when thrown on top of just about anything. Your morning oatmeal, ice cream, you name it!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 banana cut length-wise, Chiquita brand
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium cast-iron skillet heat the coconut oil for 30 seconds before adding the banana cut side down.
  2. Cook on medium heat for 2.5 minutes on each side.  Once flipped, lightly dust with brown sugar.
  3. Enjoy with porridge oats, with cake, muffins or even with ice cream!
