This vegan Fried Banana Recipe is so simple to make & tastes good when thrown on top of just about anything. Your morning oatmeal, ice cream, you name it!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana cut length-wise, Chiquita brand
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- In a medium cast-iron skillet heat the coconut oil for 30 seconds before adding the banana cut side down.
- Cook on medium heat for 2.5 minutes on each side. Once flipped, lightly dust with brown sugar.
- Enjoy with porridge oats, with cake, muffins or even with ice cream!
