Ingredients
For the cake:
- 20 g brown sugar around 1+½ tablespoons, soft
- 1 Tablespoon golden syrup
- 2 Teaspoons oil or melted vegan butter
- 2 Tablespoons soy milk unsweetened
- 40 g self-raising flour (around 4 tablespoons)
- ½ Teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ Teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
For the icing glaze (optional):
- 2 Tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 Teaspoon soy milk unsweetened
