  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
  • 100 g vegan margarine ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons
  • 75 g brown sugar ⅜ cup, soft, light
  • 100 g caster sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 210 g Gluten-free self-raising flour blend 1+⅔ cups, Dove's farm brand
  • 100 g chocolate chips ~⅔ cup, or chunks, vegan

Notes

  • *Use a dairy-free spreadable margarine and not the blocky types of vegan "butters" for this recipe. I recommend Vitalite.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
