Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
- 100 g vegan margarine ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons
- 75 g brown sugar ⅜ cup, soft, light
- 100 g caster sugar (½ cup)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 210 g Gluten-free self-raising flour blend 1+⅔ cups, Dove's farm brand
- 100 g chocolate chips ~⅔ cup, or chunks, vegan
Notes
- *Use a dairy-free spreadable margarine and not the blocky types of vegan "butters" for this recipe. I recommend Vitalite.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
