Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
- 200 g vegan margarine (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 100 g brown sugar ½ cup, soft
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 320 g self-raising flour (2+½ cups)
- 100 g white chocolate chips ¾ cup, dairy-free
- 3 g raspberry 4 tablespoons) optional, freeze-dried pieces
- raspberry fresh or frozen, handful
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Do not add the fresh/frozen raspberries to the dough as it will become too wet.
