Viral High Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap

Low-carb and high-protein cottage cheese wrap made with only eggs and cottage cheese. 5 minutes of prep time and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs

Optional Add ons

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a small blender add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings (if using).
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over a prepared sheet pan Lined up with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  6. Cut in half if you can't use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps. Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy.

Notes

  • you can use small or large curd cottage cheese. 
  • either full-fat or light will work. 
  • Seasonings: You can get creative and add any seasonings you like.
