Meet Whipped Yogurt! It's a more indulgent form of yogurt, yet a slightly healthier alternative to regular whipped cream. It whips into billowy medium set peaks, it's luxuriously creamy and there are endless ways to serve it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% or whole thick Greek yogurt, such as Fage
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey and vanilla bean paste to a medium mixing bowl.
- Whip mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and whip until medium stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve as a topping to desserts or crepes, pair with granola or fresh fruit.
Notes
- Chocolate Whipped Yogurt
- To make a chocolate variation simply add 3 Tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder into the mixture with everything else along with an additional 2 Tbsp honey (or sweeten with added powdered sugar).
