Zlevanka is a traditional dessert from Northern Croatia, made with maize flour, yeast, yogurt, oil, and two different types of cream.

Ingredients
- ½ lb corn flour
- 1½ teaspoon instant dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 egg
- 7 oz. yogurt
- 7 oz. sour cream
- ⅓ cup fresh cream
- ½ cup neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter (or parchment paper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 390 F (200˚C).
- Mix together the flour and yeast.
- Beat the eggs with sugar, and mix in the yoghurt, sour cream, oil, milk, and salt.
- Add the flour and yeast into the egg mixture.
- Coat the baking pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Coat the cake with fresh cream, and then bake for another 10 minutes.
