Description
This ice cream recipe begins by lightly whipping chilled thickened cream before folding in condensed milk to create a rich and creamy base without ice crystals from churning. Ingredients
- 300 ml thickened cream 1 bottle
- 397 g condensed milk 1 can
- 8 gulab jamun

Instructions
- Whip chilled thick cream on low speed for a minute.
- Add condensed milk and beat again.
- Stir in gulab jamun and mix until you get a thick and creamy consistency.
- Transfer the cream to a container, and add some crushed gulab jamun all over the ice cream.
- Smoothen the top, and freeze the ice cream for at least 7-8 hours.
