Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, sausage, and bell peppers with olive oil. For the best texture, start by cooking just the potatoes first.
  3. Add potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 4 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Add the sliced kielbasa and bell peppers to the basket and cook for another 8 minutes, shaking or flipping every few minutes for even browning.
  5. Serve immediately! Optional: sprinkle with fresh herbs or a little garlic powder for extra flavor.

Notes

  • Cut evenly: Try to keep all the pieces the same size so everything cooks at the same rate.
  • Don't overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed. Overcrowding will steam the ingredients instead of crisping them.
  • Crispy potatoes? Let them air fry solo for a few minutes before adding the kielbasa and peppers—they take the longest to cook.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
