Ingredients

  • 2 1 pound pork tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Grease your air fryer basket with olive oil spray and set it aside. 
  2. Pat your pork tenderloins dry with a paper towel and then rub them with olive oil. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dried mustard. 
  4. Rub the spice mix all over the pork, making sure to coat it on all sides. 
  5. Transfer the pork to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 
  6. Check the internal temperature of the pork with an instant-read thermometer. The pork is ready to serve when the temperature registers 145 degrees F. 
  7. Store any leftover pork in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
