Ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes washed, not peeled, cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesean cheese for garnishing
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Place all potato wedges in a large bowl of cold water. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- When chill time is complete, pour olive oil and all seasonings into a large gallon sized Ziploc bag. Place potato wedges in the bag and shake to coat the wedges entirely.
- Place the wedges inside the air fryer. If they are touching one another, that’s okay. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and parsley.
Notes
- When slicing your potato wedges, try to keep the size & thickness consistent. This will ensure all of your potatoes are cooked equally.
- For more of a kick, add an extra ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and dip with a Sriracha Ketchup sauce.
- Pairs great steak and vegetables.
- Dips great in ketchup, ranch, and hot sauce!
