Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Crispy Air fryer potato wedges are easy to make and delicious seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into wedges using a sharp knife and cutting board.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
- Slice each half into four wedges.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil and seasonings.
- Toss to coat, making sure each piece of potato is coated in spices.
- Transfer the potato wedges to the air fryer basket then air fry at 200ºC/400ºF for 15-20 minutes.
- If the potatoes brown too fast, turn the temperature down to 180ºC/350ºF.
- Cook until the potatoes are fork tender and fluffy on the inside but crisp on the outside, turning them over half way through cooking.
- Remove the crispy potato wedges from the air fryer then sprinkle over chopped herbs and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
