Ingredients
- 4 medium squash yellow squash and/ or zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400º F.
- Add cut squash, olive oil, and Stone House Seasoning to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine well.
- Transfer the seasoned squash to the air fryer basket and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15 - 20 minutes. Adjust the cooking time based on your specific air fryer.

- To make ahead. Cook according to the recipe instructions. Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Use cold or reheat and serve.
- To freeze. Cook and cool completely. Store in an airtight, freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 10 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
