Avocado toast with sunnyside egg is a nutritious breakfast for any day or serve a crowd for brunch.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs large
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- lemon pepper to taste
- kosher salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro

Instructions
- Slice avocado in half and remove pit. Slice avocado in the skin and with a spoon gently remove the slices and set aside.
- Heat oil in a 8-inch skillet over medium low. Crack eggs into the skillet. Turn down the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the whites are set. For firmer yolk place a lid on the skillet until whites are set. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
- While eggs are cooking toast sourdough bread or grain free bread.
- Place avocado slices on the bread and top with cooked egg.
- Finish with lemon pepper and cilantro.
