These cheesy bacon crackers are beyond simple - just 4 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep for a fan-favorite appetizer!

Ingredients
- 1 pound thin-sliced bacon, cut into quarters
- 36 Club crackers
- 9 slices Colby Jack cheese, cut into 6 parts
- ½ cup light brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Add a cooling rack on top of the foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Assemble crackers by adding a slice of cheese to each cracker, followed by a quarter piece of bacon. Place assembled crackers on the cooling rack.
- Once done, sprinkle the assembled crackers with brown sugar and bake for 40-45 minutes until the bacon looks cooked, rotating the pan halfway through.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
