Ingredients
- 250 g feta
- 400 g cherry tomatoes on vine
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 20 Mixed olives
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 12 g fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
- Put 250 g Feta, 400 g Cherry tomatoes and 20 Mixed olives into a baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoon Olive oil and 1 tablespoon Dried oregano.
- Put into the oven for 25 minutes. Scatter with 12 g Fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- You could make these in individual portions by chopping the feta block in to chunks and adding to ramekins with the other ingredients.
- If you like spice in your meals, why not add some flaked red chillies before serving? It will add a kick of heat.
- If you love the saltiness of olives, but want to try something different, swap them for capers.
- Use the best quality feta you can find (not Greek salad cheese), as you will honestly taste the difference.
