Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 tablespoons molasses

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized bowl mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, chia seeds, salt, and spices.
- Mix in the molasses, eggs, melted butter, cream, and water.
- Mix well, until everything is combined and the eggs are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into individual oven-safe ramekins or an 8x8 baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve plain or with any of your preferred toppings, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cream, oat milk, or nuts.
