Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts tossed in aged balsamic vinegar and roasted for a sweet, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Toss ingredients together and place on a baking sheet cut side down.
  3. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, tossing once when there is about 10 minutes left to go, or until cut side is nicely browned.
