- 1 Banana, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 Cup whole milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons rice milk (you can also use almond, soy, whole, or breast milk)

- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until thick, but smooth.
