  • 6 pieles de cebolla amarilla
  • 2 cucharadas de café molido
  • Agua
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite

Instructions

  1. Coloque todos los ingredientes en una cacerola grande. Cúbralos generosamente con agua y hierva a fuego lento.
  2. Cocine a fuego lento durante al menos 10 horas o durante la noche.
  3. Pele y rebane.
  4. Sirva los huevos solos o como guarnición para guisos.
