Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • teaspoons sumac
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Salad

  • 2 Persian cucumbers chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup parsley
