Refreshing Blueberry Banana Smoothie is easy to make with frozen blueberries, banana, milk, and chia seeds, all blended until smooth and creamy. All you need is 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this smoothie!

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries no need to thaw
- 2 large fresh or frozen bananas no need to thaw
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ice if using fresh fruits

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. (1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 large fresh or frozen bananas, 1 1/2 cups milk of choice, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and ice if using)
- Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Sweeten it up. This blueberry smoothie should be perfectly sweet, but if you’d like it sweeter you can add a 1/2 tablespoon of honey, pure maple syrup, a bit of stevia, or a Medjool date.
- Add greens. If you’re looking to get more greens in your diet, try adding a handful or two of baby spinach or kale leaves. It will turn the smoothie a different color, but you won’t be able to taste the greens.
- Different fruit. Feel free to sub the blueberries for strawberries, raspberries, mango, cherries, pineapple, peaches, or any other favorite. Just be sure to use frozen fruit for the best results.
- Try adding in a serving of protein powder, flax seed, hemp seeds, or oats.
