This Blueberry smoothie is sweet and creamy and ready in just a couple of minutes. Great as breakfast or a snack, if you are short on time then throw together this filling and vibrant smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100 g blueberries
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 10 g oats

Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
- Make this even creamier by using a frozen banana or adding a splash of coconut milk.
- Not a fan of banana? Use half an avocado instead.
- Make this smoothie vegan by using coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm flavour. It kind of tastes like a blueberry pie in a jar.
- To ensure this recipe is definitely gluten free, use oats that are certified gluten free.
