These delicious 3 ingredient Yogurt and Blueberry Popsicles are super easy to make! Sweet blueberry sauce is layered with creamy yogurt. An easy, dreamy summer popsicle recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (400g) blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 3 cups (750g) yogurt

Instructions
- Add the blueberries, sugar and water to a pot and heat for 8 minutes, stirring often, until it becomes a thick sauce. Allow to cool completely.
- Spoon the yogurt and blueberries, alternating, into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Notes
- Try different yogurt varieties. Vanilla, strawberry, honey, lemon etc.. are all perfect.
- If using plain yogurt, try swirling a little maple syrup in to sweeten it.
- If using lemon yogurt, try adding 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the blueberries to bring out the flavor.
- Try these blueberry popsicles with different fruit instead. Blackberries, cherries, raspberries... delicious!
