Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a delicious and crunchy salad that's the perfect side to just about any dinner! With a sweet and tangy dressing this salad is a fan favorite packed with cheddar cheese and bacon. You will be making this on repeat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli (approximately 1 broccoli crown)
- 2 cups cauliflower (approximately 1 head)
- ½ cup cooked bacon (about 8 slices cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (cut into very small cubes or shredded)
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
- ½ red onion (finely diced)
Dressing
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Instructions
- Carefully slice the broccoli and cauliflower into very small bite sized pieces. You can also use your hands to break it up into small bite sized Pieces. Place the cut pieces into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, add all of the dressing ingredients. Stir or shake until evenly combined. Season to tase with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add in the cooked bacon, cheese, red onion, and green onions. Toss until evenly combined. Serve and enjoy!
