Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce, more for dipping
- ⅓ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions
- Use a hand mixer to beat the 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese,1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce,⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1-2 teaspoon cracked black pepper in a large bowl until creamy.
- Stir in the 2 cups shredded cooked chicken by hand.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the 4 large flour tortillas into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
