Homemade Cajun seasoning, so good you will never have to buy it again!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Tex Mex Variations
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
Instructions
- Combine all the spices together and keep in an airtight container. If you want a Tex Mex version, add in the cumin and coriander.
- This will keep in the cupboard for up to a year.
Notes
- You can sub out ingredients to customize to your liking.
