Carrot Ginger Dressing (Japanese Dressing)

Carrot Ginger Dressing blends fresh carrot, ginger, and onion with apple cider vinegar, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, and seasoning to create a smooth, bright dressing. This Japanese-style dressing features a blend of sweet, tangy, and savory notes balanced by creamy and fresh vegetable flavors, suitable for salads or as a sauce for grilled vegetables or meats.

Description

Carrot Ginger Dressing (Japanese Dressing) combines chopped carrot, fresh ginger, and onion into a smooth blend with apple cider vinegar and honey delivering sweetness and acidity. Toasted sesame oil adds a nutty flavor, while extra-virgin olive oil and a splash of water balance the texture. Salt seasons the dressing, which is blended until completely smooth, highlighting the natural sweetness of the carrots and the sharpness of fresh ginger.

The dressing offers a bright yet mellow profile with a creamy consistency, making it versatile over leafy greens or as an accompaniment to grilled dishes. It can be adjusted in flavor after blending to suit personal preferences.

It stores well in the refrigerator for up to one week, allowing flavors to meld further over time. Adjust sweetness or acidity as needed before serving.
