Swap your holiday charcuterie board for a festive Charcuterie Wreath!

Ingredients
- 4 oz salami
- 6 oz pitted green olives
- 8 oz marinated mozzarella balls
- 6 oz cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz pepperoni
- 6 oz cornichons or pickle slices
- 8 oz cubed cheddar cheese or any cheese cubes
- 6 oz peppadew peppers or roasted red peppers cut into pieces
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Prepare the first antipasto skewer by folding a piece of salami and putting it on a toothpick with an olive, marinated mozzarella balls, and a tomato
- Prepare the second antipasto skewer by folding a piece of pepperoni and putting it on a toothpick with a cornichon, cube of cheddar cheese and a peppadew pepper - if you don't like spicy foods you can use roasted red pepper instead of the peppadew peppers
- Arrange the skewers in a circle on a large plate of serving platter. Layer the skewers on top of each other to create a three dimensional wreath effect
- Place sprigs of fresh rosemary in between the skewers for a more realistic wreath look
