Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) Pepperoncini chopped into large cubes
- 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup (120g) Fontina cheese
- 1 cup (120g) Mozzarella bites
- 1 cup (120g) Sliced cheese
- 1 cup (150g) Olives
- 1 cup (130g) Cucumber slices
- Herb vinaigrette or balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Thread the skewers in the following order: cucumber, olives, sliced cheese, cherry tomato, salami, Fontina cheese, and pepperoncini.
- Once all skewers are assembled, drizzle them with the herb vinaigrette or balsamic glaze.
- Arrange the antipasto skewers in a circular shape on a large round serving board to form the wreath.
- Place fresh rosemary sprigs sporadically around the wreath for a decorative touch.
- Place it in the refrigerator to chill. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- The skewers I used could easily accommodate 7 items, so be sure to select your ingredients according to what will fit on yours. Use sturdy skewers or opt for metal skewers. The skewers need to be able to handle the weight of the ingredients. Cut all the ingredients into bite sizes so it is easy to eat without utensils. Use different colors, ingredients, and textures based on the occasion. Make the skewers ahead of time. Store it in the fridge covered in plastic wrap to maintain its freshness so it doesn’t dry out. Storage - Store any leftover skewers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
