Chick-Fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl is a tasty breakfast idea. This copycat recipe is loaded with eggs, chicken nuggets and tator tots.

Ingredients
- 16 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 bag frozen tator tots 16 oz
Instructions
- Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
- Slice the chicken nuggets into 1/2 inch strips
- Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses into 4 bowls.
- Serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy!
Notes
- We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets for this recipe but you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well.
- These bowls are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the ingredients in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Assemble the bowls when you are ready to enjoy them!
