Chick-Fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl is a tasty breakfast idea. This copycat recipe is loaded with eggs, chicken nuggets and tator tots.

Ingredients

  • 16 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tator tots 16 oz

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
  3. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
  4. Slice the chicken nuggets into 1/2 inch strips
  5. Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses into 4 bowls.
  6. Serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy!

Notes

  • We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets for this recipe but you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well.
  • These bowls are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the ingredients in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Assemble the bowls when you are ready to enjoy them!
