													This delicious casserole is packed with chicken, fresh spinach, tart artichoke, all wrapped in a creamy cheesy mix.

                                Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach chopped
 - 12 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
 - 1 pound cooked chicken shredded
 - 8 ounces cream cheese
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 2 cups finely shredded Parmesan cheese divided
 - 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese divided
 - 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
 - In a large bowl combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, chicken, cream cheese, mayo, dijon, half the parmesan, half the mozzarella, the garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt. Mix until it is homogenous.
 - Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish and spread the mixture into the dish.
 - Top with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella.
 - Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
