  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 32 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 2 cups taco blend cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 10 oz cans Rotel
  • 1 15 oz can corn drained
  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook your sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through. Drain grease from the sausage.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the Velveeta, taco cheese, and cream cheese to the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in the corn, Rotel, beans, onion, and lime juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through.
  4. Mix in the cilantro and serve.
