This Fried Pickle Dip is such an easy and delicious dip that tastes just like a fried pickle dipped in ranch but it’s a fabulous dip for chips! Sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, pickle juice and chopped dill pickle combine to make a flavorful creamy dipped. Panko bread crumbs toast up in butter to give these dip it’s “fried” flavor. This is going to be your new go to dip all year round.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1 envelope ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup dill pickles chopped

Instructions
- To a small frying pan over medium heat melt your butter and add your panko crumbs.
- Stir the crumbs around until golden and toasty.
- Remove from the heat and let cool while you prepare your dip.
- To a mixing bowl using an electric mixer beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice and ranch seasoning mix.
- Once all blended stir in your chopped pickles.
- Sprinkle the panko crumbs on top and serve!
- You can top this with more chopped pickles or some crispy pickles.
- Serve with pretzels, chips or even veggies.
Notes
- You can use your favorite flavor of pickles.
- Make this spicy! Use spicy pickles or add a little red pepper flake to give this a kick.
- You can make this the day before, just hold off on topping with the panko until right before serving.
