Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes see notes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut off the ends and peel the potatoes. Cut them into 1/4-1/2 inch thick disks and the cut each disk into sticks.
- Mix the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, paprika, cumin and salt. Arrange them in the sheet pan in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd or overlap them.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, using a large spatula, flip them and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes until they are fully baked and crispy.
Notes
- Make sure the sweet potatoes are cut into evenly sized sticks.
- You can use olive oil, canola oil, avocado or grapeseed oil.
- Store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. You can reheat in the oven at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes or in the air fryer using the reheat function.
