Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked plane rice
  • 2 german sausages
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbs baby green peas frozen
  • 2 tbs rasin
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tbs curry powder depends on how spicy you want
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbs Japanese mayonnaise optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • baby parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages to small bite size pieces.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  4. Add the chopped sausages and onion into the pan, and cook the sausages to brown.
  5. Add the chicken stock powder, curry powder, and turmeric powder to the pan and stir to mix with sausages and onion and fragrance.
  6. Add rice to the frying pan and stir till all the rice grain is coated with curry.
  7. Add the raisins and green peas to toss.
  8. Add the mayonnaise and stir for a couple minutes.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Serve on a bowl or a plate and garnish with baby parsley.
