Dry Fruits Balls

These power balls made with dry fruits and desiccated coconut (dry fruits ladoo) are the perfect healthy snack to boost energy enough to uplift your tiring day. These dried fruit balls are quick, easy, and delicious treats prepared with all-natural ingredients!!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g cashewnuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 30 g raisins
  • 50 g desiccated coconut unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • icing sugar Optional

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop raisins into small size.
  2. Grind almonds, cashews, and walnuts in a mixer to a powder.
  3. Combine all the ingredients (powdered nuts, raisins, and coconut).
  4. Knead it using the milk. Add milk a little at a time.
  5. Make small bite-sized balls.
  6. Optional, sprinkle icing sugar on the top of the balls, or roll them into the desiccated coconut.
  7. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Refrigerate the balls for half an hour before serving to give enough time to settle the balls.
