Easy brownies are one of my favorite dairy-free desserts. Rich and moist, they’re perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- optional chopped walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt.
- Add eggs, oil, water, vanilla extract, and optional chopped walnuts.
- Mix everything until smooth. Then pour the batter into the baking pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached.
- Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
