Roasted Garlic Green Beans are an easy and delicious side dish that go with anything. Just 5 ingredients and you'll want to eat these straight off the pan.

Ingredients
- 250 g green beans
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic clove crushed
- 1 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper
- flaked almonds to serve; optional

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
- Trim the ends off of 250 g Green beans.
- Put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoon Olive oil, 4 Garlic clove and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper and mix well.
- Put them on a baking try and in the oven for 25 minutes (turning half way), until crispy.
- Serve topped with Flaked almonds (optional).
Notes
- You can make this easy side dish a little more indulgent by mixing some grated Parmesan in to it before it goes in the oven.
- Add some extra flavour with paprika and chilli, or your favourite spice blend.
- A little squeeze of lemon juice before serving adds some freshness to the dish.
