Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 4 large eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the split English muffins on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce or marinara sauce on each English muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with crumbled breakfast sausage, crumbled bacon, chopped bell peppers, and chopped green onions.
