Ingredients
- 20 oz (570g) cauliflower florets
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Toss the cauliflower florets with the garlic and butter. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the Parmesan cheese to the cauliflower and stir to combine well.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast until almost tender, about 30 minutes, until the cheese becomes crusty and the cauliflower is tender. Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
