Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb flank steak
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 4 cloves garlic (grated)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl or large resealable plastic bag and coat steak evenly.
  2. Marinade for 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Grill over high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for well done.

Notes

  • This recipe is a great source of iron
