This protein mug cake takes just a few minutes to make! It is filled with wholesome and healthy ingredients but it tastes rich and decadent. This mini chocolate cake is easy to make and great for a quick dessert!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp protein powder vanilla or chocolate
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a mug or ramekin. Reserve a few mini chocolate chips for after the mug cake is cooked.
- Mix together.
- Then, microwave on high for 60 seconds. Then, microwave in additional 10 second increments as needed.
- Carefully remove the mug cake from the microwave. Immediately sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Finally, serve!
Notes
- If needed, replace oat flour with 3 tablespoons of almond flour.
- Both vanilla and chocolate protein powder can be used. For a rich chocolate flavor, use chocolate protein.
- The chocolate chips are optional. Feel free to omit.
- Every microwave is different. Yours may require slightly more or less baking time.
- The mug or ramekin will be very hot. Use an oven mitt when handling.
