Greek Turkey Meatballs with Feta

These Greek Turkey Meatballs are mixed with feta cheese and lots of fresh herbs and spices for an easy, healthy, gluten free and low carb dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey 93% lean
  • 2 ounces feta cheese full fat
  • 1 egg whisked, large
  • 3 tablespoons parsley minced, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon mint minced, fresh
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil ground
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Use a cookie scoop to place onto the pan in heaping 1 Tbsp sized balls, rolling them into a ball. You should get 20 balls.
  3. Bake until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F, about 10-13 minutes.
  4. Serve as desired and DEVOUR! (I like dipping in tzatziki!)
