Ingredients
- 10 ounces orange candy melting wafers 1 package
- 22 ounces white chocolate chips 2 packages
Toppings
- 1/2 cup pretzels
- 1/4 cup candy corn
- Assorted Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- Melt the orange wafers in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, and stir. Continue to melt in 30-second intervals until it is completely melted.
- Similarly, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted.
- Drop spoonfuls of the melted orange and white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a spatula to spread the chocolate on the cookie sheet in a thin, even layer.
- Add the pretzels and candy corn to the chocolate and press them down lightly.
- Sprinkle the whole thing with Halloween sprinkles.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- Once it is hardened, break it up into irregular pieces.
Notes
- Any chocolate that will melt works in the recipe. So milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, or almond bark all work well as the base.
- For extra chocolatey flavor, melt some chocolate in a zippered bag, cut off the end, and drizzle it over the top.
- You can melt the chocolate in a double boiler instead of the microwave.
