Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs , bone-in and skin on
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey and yellow mustard.
- Add the chicken thighs to a large skillet or baking dish and cover with honey mustard sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Spoon sauce over the chicken thighs to re-coat them.
- Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
