Honey Mustard Chicken

This great weeknight recipe combines crispy baked chicken with a light but rich honey mustard sauce. Ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs , bone-in and skin on
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the honey and yellow mustard.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to a large skillet or baking dish and cover with honey mustard sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Spoon sauce over the chicken thighs to re-coat them.
  7. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
