Honey Teriyaki Salmon

Honey Teriyaki Salmon – sticky sweet, savory salmon with honey teriyaki sauce. Cooks in a skillet or baked in oven. Dinner takes 10 mins!

Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) salmon cut into two pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
Honey Teriyaki Glaze
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Japanese cooking sake
- 4 tablespoons honey
- white sesame for ganishing
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the Honey Teriyaki Glaze in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Then, mix the salmon with the glaze.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil and pan-fry the salmon on both sides until it’s fully cooked and the glaze thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can also bake the salmon for 12 minutes at 400 F. Omit the oil if using oven.
