Hot Honey Baked Brie

Perfect for entertaining or cozy nights in, this hot honey baked brie is sweet, spicy and oh so creamy. The ultimate party appetizer, combining melty brie with a drizzle of homemade hot honey is perfect for spreading over crispy baguettes or serving with crudités.

  • 1 wedge brie
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili crisp oil
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place the brie in the center of a medium baking dish.
  2. In a small glass dish, combine honey with chili crisp oil and microwave for 30 seconds to warm.
  3. Drizzle the brie with the hot honey and sprinkle with sliced almonds before placing in the oven. Bake until warm and starting to melt (but not entirely melted.) Serve with freshly sliced baguettes, crostini, or your favorite fruits and veggies.

Notes

  • Nutrition facts are only for the hot honey brie with almonds (not the crackers, bread, etc.) The hot honey can be prepped up to a week in advance and you can easily double or triple the recipe for cocktails, drizzling on roasted veggies, and more.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
