- 1 head broccoli
- salt
- water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Trim the broccoli and trim it into similar-sized pieces.
- Add the raw broccoli florets to boiling water and boil for 3-5 minutes, depending on their size.
- Test for doneness around the 3-minute mark.
